What's the cutoff for same-day delivery?
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Saturday are delivered the same day. Sunday orders are delivered Monday morning. Call us on the morning of for time-sensitive surprises and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can you do a surprise delivery?
Yes — leave a note at checkout with any timing requests or how to keep things discreet (e.g. delivered to a venue, work, or a third party). We'll text you when it's been handed over.

Yes — every order includes a complimentary handwritten message on a small card. For a larger illustrated card, browse the cards rail above and we'll include it.

Absolutely. Pick a bouquet you like and leave a note with any changes (favourite colours, allergies, blooms that mean something), or call the shop to talk through a fully custom arrangement.
