To ensure we have enough product and can fulfil your order by the required date, we require 2 full business days' notice to order online and in-store. After this time, please call us to check on availability.
Although we understand events may change, we cannot refund cancellations made 24 hours before the required pickup date. We beautifully handcraft our corsages to order, making them custom items we cannot resell.
You can use cancellations as credit for a postponed event or refund before this time.
Please note that while we endeavour to create your desired floral piece, flowers depend on seasons and availability, and blooms can change in size and shade. We will always do our best and will notify you of any changes.
