What's the cutoff for same-day birthday delivery?
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are delivered the same day, or before 10am on weekends. For specific delivery windows or surprise drop-offs, call us on the morning of and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What if the recipient isn't home?
If it's safe to do so, we leave flowers in a shaded spot at the front door and send a photo. For apartments and offices, we'll contact reception or buzz the unit. If we can't deliver safely we'll bring them back to the shop and contact you to reschedule — no charge.
