What's the cutoff for same-day birthday delivery?
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Saturday are delivered the same day. Sunday orders are delivered Monday morning. For specific delivery windows or surprise drop-offs, call us on the morning of and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can you add a handwritten card?
Yes — every order includes a complimentary handwritten message on a small card. If you'd like to add a larger, illustrated card to the gift itself, browse the cards rail above and we'll include it.

What if the recipient isn't home?
If it's safe to do so, we leave flowers in a shaded spot at the front door and send a photo. For apartments and offices, we'll contact reception or buzz the unit. If we can't deliver safely we'll bring them back to the shop and contact you to reschedule — no charge.

Can I customise the arrangement?
Absolutely. Either pick a bouquet you like and leave a note at checkout with any changes (favourite colours, allergies, must-have blooms), or call the shop and we'll talk through a fully custom arrangement.
