Warm welcomes, well written
Pick a card to slip in with the flowers and we'll handwrite your message before they leave the shop.

Order before 1pm and we'll deliver the same day across Bulimba, Hawthorne, Balmoral, New Farm, Teneriffe, the CBD, and surrounding eastern suburbs. For hospital deliveries, give us a call — we know which ward desks accept flowers and which don't, and we'll time it to suit visiting hours.

Frequently asked
New-baby delivery, answered.
-
Can you deliver to a hospital?
Yes — we deliver to all major Brisbane hospitals. A few wards (NICU and some maternity units) don't accept fresh flowers for safety reasons, so call us before ordering and we'll confirm what's allowed or suggest a flower-free gift instead.
-
When's the best time to send?
For hospital deliveries, the first 24–48 hours after the birth is usually best — but if mum is exhausted, sending a few days later (often once they're home) lands better. We can hold the order and time it however suits.
-
Are the flowers fragrance-free?
By default we lean towards mild-scented arrangements for new-baby orders. If you'd like a strictly fragrance-free bouquet (no lilies, no eucalyptus), leave a note at checkout or call the shop and we'll arrange accordingly.
-
Can I customise the arrangement?
Absolutely. Pick a bouquet you like and leave a note with any changes (colour preferences, allergies, blooms to avoid), or call the shop and we'll talk through a fully custom arrangement.
-
Can I bundle flowers, gifts and a card?
Yes — add anything from this page to the same cart and we'll deliver it all together, beautifully wrapped, in one drop-off.
